King Abdulaziz International Competition for Memorizing the Holy Qur’an is one of the most prominent international competitions that aims to encourage and honor contestants skilled in memorizing the Holy Qur’an all over the world, as the value of the competition prizes reaches 4,000,000 Saudi riyals.
The competition is held in the Grand Mosque in Mecca and is under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz. The first edition was launched in 1399 AH and continues, thanks to God, every year.
